Managing GroupMail Recipients
GroupMail stores recipient information for multiple groups, so you can quickly manage your e-mail lists. Recipients may be associated to multiple groups. You can manage recipient information at the group level or manage recipient information across all groups that contain the recipient.
Adding Recipients Manually
To add recipients manually:
1. From the Groups Window (see Figure 10), double click the group name. The current list of recipients for the group displays (see Figure 13).

2. Click Add. A dialog box prompts for entry of a single recipient’s information (see
Figure 14).

3. Enter the information into the fields. GroupMail requires entry of an e-mail address for the recipient.
4. Click the Options tab to exclude the recipient from receiving messages from the group, if needed (see Figure 15).

5. Click OK. GroupMail adds the new recipient to the list.
6. Click Close to return to the Groups window.
