Managing GetResponse Message Templates
Message templates make it easy to apply a set of customized formatting to your messages and newsletters. You can create templates from messages and newsletters and retrieve them later, so your communications to subscribers have a standardized look and feel.
Saving Message Templates
To save a message as a template:
1. In the message editor, click Save as Template (see Figure 1). A dialog box displays prompting for the name of the template (see Figure 2).

2. Enter name in the Template Name field and click Save. GetResponse saves the template.
Loading Message Templates
To load a saved template:
1. Click Create Newsletter from the Messages tab (see Figure 3). The Plain or HTML message page displays (see Figure 4).

2. Click Choose HTML Format. The Choose HTML Template page displays (see
Figure 5).

3. Click Start with a blank template.
4. In the editor, click Load Saved Template from the toolbar options (see Figure 6). A list of existing saved templates displays (see Figure 7).

5. To select a template, click Add to editor from the Options column. A dialog box displays prompting for confirmation to load the template (see Figure 8).

6. Click OK to overwrite the existing message and load the template.
Note: The template completely overwrites any existing text or formatting. GetResponse recommends using templates only for new messages.
